However doesn't matter what web site you use it seems the pictures always look better then the real thing. I seen many site showing the hotel on the beach, and when you see the place it really across a road from the beach. The reviews are accurate and I have not had a problem with the discounters as far as a cancellation, one with www.asiarooms.com and that was my fault, I picked the wrong dates. hahahaha The credit took about 3 days to happen. There can be a 24 hour time lag for room confirmation so that can be a little irritating. Overall I find these 2 for now have the best rates in general for Thailand and Asia. You can double check by using www.kayak.com or www.sidestep.com which are travel search engines and check many sites. They seem to push Agoda.com which is good but not always comparable. You will not find many good deals with Expedia.com or Orbitz.com their room rates are way too high. Use Kayak.com or Sidestep.com to check for airfares. Get this first. Right now room rates are going down because it's the rainy season till November. China Airlines, EVA Air are the airlines I fly the most but, with the fuel surcharge I booked Thai Airways direct flight being only a few dollars more, more like USD 50 more but, it is a 17 hour direct flight. The assumption is that you are flying from the US. Though the search engines probably will help you.
