Am i safe to travel from canada to california?

with all the swine flu outbreak is it really safe to travel from canada to san diego california? whenever i do travel i tent to get run down and more susceptible to illness. We already booked these tickets in Feb and are leaving end of May. Any thoughts?
As safe as anytime. This "outbreak" is very small, just a lot of hype about it. You have a greater chance of winning the lottery than catching the swine flu There are tons of other illnesses you are more likely to get. This is likely to be all over by the end of May.

i would say you are fine. Its not a huge epidemic in the US yet, just make sure to wash your hands often! keep a bottle of hand sanitizer with you just incase. But it’s unlikely that you will have a problem with it. My friends just got back from mexico yesterday and they are fine. So i don’t think you have to worry too much

You’ll be fine. Just use the standard precautions – wash your hands frequently, drink plenty of bottled water, take your vitamins and don’t hang around people who are sneezing and coughing.
