Depending on what hotel your staying at it will first be by the room and then an extra fee per person that is over the maximum number allowed. Just call the hotel that you are thinking of staying at and ask their policy on stuff like that since each hotel has a different policy and each room is different as well depending on number of beds and stuff. But most likely you can just check in with the number of people they allow in each room and then have everybody stay in the one room anyways. They won't notice since there's so many people.
References :
By room. In worst case, just lie about the number of people - check in and say 3, then quietly slip in the 4th or 5th or whatever, don't make a bunch of noise, don't make a scene, and no one will know.
References :
Depending on the type of room, Disneyland resorts hold a max of 5 (standard), 6 (1-bedroom suite), or 8 (2-bedroom suite) people.
References :
http://bookdlr.reservations.disney.go.com/ibcdlr/en_US/_framework/components/processEngine
