Where’s a good place to stay in Irvine California?

I’m travelling down there for Bamboozle Left (April 4 & 5)
I need 3 nights accommodation. Hostels would be great but I haven’t found anything yet. Can anyone from the area recommend a good place to stay?
**IMPORTANT: I am a MINOR (17) and travelling alone. I need to stay at a place where I can check in without an adult.
My parents are totally cool with this and are of course willing to book my room on their credit card. I just need to find a place to stay. I don’t turn 18 until three weeks after the festival. But there has got to be some place in the city where I can sleep at night… Suggestions? Please?
Hate to say it, but NO hotel will accept a minor traveling alone. As a minor, you aren’t legally liable for room charges, your parents are.
Heck, we have a hard enough time getting hotels for people under 21 to check in. Hotels are very picky nowadays.
Are your parents OK with this?
