California to England, HELP!!?

I want to travel from southern Califonia to England next summer (around June/July) and i’m starting to plan and save money now.

So, can anyone help me find really, really cheap airline tickets and hotels(no hostels please!)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fly as early in June as you can, as July is the highest possible season. Booking months in advance also helps. http://www.flyzoom.com has cheap flights from NY and Canada to England, consider combining it with a cheap flight from LA to NY or a flight from LA to Vancouver. Their current price is 840 USD for a return flight in early June from Vancouver to London Gatwick. If you can get to Vancouver from your place for less than 250 USD it might be worth it.

As for cheap accomodation, look at Bed&Breakfasts.
