Where is the best deals for hotel San Francisco?

its going to be six month and i wanted to do something nice but dont want to spend $200 for a nice hotel does anyone know where i can get some really good deals on hotels and spend about $100?

Hi, I was in the same boat as you. We just got back from San Francisco and I paid $110/nt at a nice hotel in Union Square. The rooms were extremely large (especially for SF) and it was right near the cable car line. The service was great; I really enjoyed our stay.
