Why not let NCL book / handle for you. They offer / have great low price pre & post cruise package. Nearly all are far cheaper than if you book Hotel yourself,
And nice part, they pick you up at airport take to hotel & then pick you up at hotel to get you to ship. All as part of the package

Yes NCL can find & get you book in to that hidden gem.

I live in Hawaii, and often have sailed on NCL all 3 of the ships in Hawaii are great.
Are you sailing from Oahu or Maui? Either way I know NCL well take care of you.
In booking you well be dealing direct with NCL who know the Islands very well
