Florida best deals for plane tickets and hotels?

I want to surprise my wife with a trip to Florida for her birthday.
I am looking for the best site with flight and hotel deals. I was considering South Beach, the Keys, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island.
If you have been to any of these places and want to share your experience or tips with me feel free to do so as well.
